At Lootbloc, we’re committed to delivering exclusive, high-quality merch to players and fans around the world. Below are our shipping guidelines to help you know what to expect when you place an order.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • Shipping Time: Varies by region and carrier, typically 2-5 business days

  • Tracking Info: Sent via email once your order ships

Preorder Campaign Products

Many of our items—especially plushies and limited-edition drops—are offered through preorder campaigns. These products are made-to-order and typically ship within 8–12 weeks after the campaign closes.

 Please Note:

  • The estimated ship date is listed on each preorder product page.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your items will ship separately.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping address? We’re happy to assist—as long as your order has not yet shipped.

To request a change:

📩 Include your order number and the updated address

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or reroute the package.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to international laws, carrier restrictions, and global conflict zones, we do not currently ship to the following countries:

  • Afghanistan

  • Belarus

  • Brazil

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • Sudan

  • Syria

  • Venezuela

  • Ukraine (certain regions, depending on carrier service availability)
